YOUTH ARE OUR FUTURE (YAOP)​

 

This program aims to prepare youth ages 14-24 for employment skills and meaningful experiences that will aid in their future success.

​

Intern Period: 8-10 weeks (of unpaid internship) for youth in grades 9-12 and up to 480 hours for paid internships for eligible youth ages 16-24.

EFCS Intern Pathways

Interested youth may participate in the following career areas as pathways to their future career journey:

​

1. Business Administration

2. Human Resources

3. Information Technology

4. Marketing/Web Communications

5. Programs & Services

​

In addition, youth who are interested in other career paths will have opportunities for experiential opportunities with other employers.
